Dear Waikanae Golf Club Member,

 

RE: Subscription Payments via Instalment

 

As you are no doubt aware, March 1st 2020 marks the beginning of the new subscription year. We trust you received the previous correspondence which outlined the 2020’s subscription costs.

 

This year, we are moving away from our previous direct debit provider (Debit Success) and have now been approved by the BNZ to initialize Direct Debits directly, which will streamline our admin processes considerably.

 

If you currently pay by monthly installments, or, should you wish to utilize this service this subscription year, please find attached our Direct Debit Authority form, which needs to be completed and returned to the office by Tuesday 18th February. This is to ensure we have ample time to complete the change-over process before the first installments are due in early March.

 

**It is important to note, we cannot use the forms we hold on file from our previous provider, and this new form must be completed**

 

Should you not have access to a printer, Mia in the office has copies of these forms available, so feel free to pop in and complete one. Alternatively, you are welcome to send a scanned and emailed copy back to waikanae@golf.co.nz
